- Potentially, a motivation letter
Depending on the job, we may request assessments or tests, the results of which will be processed for recruitment purposes. If international travel is required, we may ask you to provide information such as ID number and validity dates, excluding your social security number.
We will also process assessments (e.g., those made by our interviewers) about the progress of your application.
We use all the aforementioned data for the legitimate purpose of our recruitment process, ensuring we identify applicants and assess their qualifications for the relevant job. Parts of the data, such as educational background, may be processed for statistical analysis to improve our recruitment process in a way that cannot be linked to individuals.
If we decide to conclude an employment contract with you, we are legally obliged to make a copy of your ID or ask you to send us a copy of your ID, ensuring that your social security number is redacted.

We may collect information about your qualifications from references. In our recruitment process, we may use third-party recruitment agencies and other service providers. If such service providers approach you for recruitment, they may share with us the information collected from you. We will notify you by email and share this privacy notice if we receive such information.
