Engineering Team Lead

As a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Brabetech, you play a key role in the designing, building and implementation of molten salt energy storage systems. You are responsible for managing the designing processes, leading engineers, and you are in full control of all technical drawings within the project. You will use your technical knowledge to develop technical specifications, and execute simulations and computation for the development of molten salt systems. This includes continuous modification of the development process together with the responsible team.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, preferably in the process industry
• Experience in leading big industrial projects and guiding of a technical team
• Strong eye for detail and a high degree of independence
• Preferably knowledgeable of industrial heat systems and molten salt systems
• Effective communication abilities and adeptness in collaborative team environments
• Proven experience working with Solidworks (2D 3D and simulations)
